Hello!!!! Hope you are doing well. You guys are scrolling the page cluelessly right?. If you stopped here, I am sure you guys are very lucky… Yeah!!! we are going to learn something important today. Come, Let's GO!!!

Before that, I want to know what you guys are thinking about yourself?. Do you love yourself? or Are you always complaining about yourself?. If it is YES, A big Congratulations to all of you. Since, you are living the life in a right way.  If the answer is NO, Come and read the contents below . It will help you love yourself.

The thing which stands as a barrier to love yourself is the COMPARISON. Actually, I was the person who always compared myself to others . That was the major reason for that I didn't love myself first. I didn't accept myself as who I am . I always think that why I can't be like her. Later, I came to know that, I am wasting my energy and time by comparing myself with others. I am not using myself in an effective manner. I am not at all in my 100%.So I decided to delete the harmful habit of comparison from my beautiful gallery of LIFE.

If you want to fill your gallery with beautiful  pictures of memories, I will help you to do that. Here are the tips I am following….I will try to cover in short and sweet…

Steps to delete the comparison virus from your computer system

  1. Analyze your Strengths:    

                    I always believe, “God hasn't sent me here just to eat, sleep and die. I have a purpose in my life. I have my own mission to accomplish.” Everyone will have their positive and negative. We are good in finding our negative, that's the reason we started comparing ourself. For a change, just try to find your own strengths and write it down in a paper and also find the ways to bloom and shine by using your strengths.

           When you lack confidence and when you feel low by comparing yourself to others, Come and look at this paper. You will feel motivated.

2. Achieve the power of contentment:

              The strengths you have, that allows you to be in a  state of satisfaction and joy , no matter what other people are doing. Your inner peace would be protected by a iron shield.

           I suggests you to be in your own vibe , no matter what happens.

3. Understand the Behind The Scenes of the Social Media:

              Try to understand that social media is just for an entertainment. You should not be affected mentally. Everything you are seeing in the social media is not actually true. People who are posting their picture with a big smile, are not really happy. Everyone have their own troubles. Instead of focusing on this little things, focus on yourself.


4. Compete against yourself:

           Make use of comparison to become a better version of yourself rather than comparing your life to others. Establish objectives for yourself and work to become your best self. Reaching these objectives will enable you to create a unique set of experiences apart from what other people might anticipate.

         The only competition you really face is the person you were a year ago, last month, or even yesterday. Reflection will enable you to recognize your true progress and feel proud of it.

5.Keep in mind that "you can't buy happiness with money.":
             There is a connection between financial stability and mental wellness. It is a fact, though, that money cannot purchase pleasure. . It's easy to think that money can solve all of our issues after witnessing the extravagant lifestyles of celebrities, but this is rarely the case. Rather, it simply provides fleeting happiness. 

                               I really don't know , how many of you feel it's useful. But, I will be happy if it helps 0.1% to a single person.
