My personal experience with Shiva Stuti Tandav…….
Shiva Tandav is written by the Ravana ( great devottee of Mahadeva ) ....
But His ego destroy him so badly....
I experience that most of the people have fear about it......
But in reality it's Stuti ( praise ) sung by Ravan to calm down the GREAT ANGER of Shiva....
No one should associate the Shiva with anger or simplicity.
And yes Tandav is dance form of Lord Shiva .....
This beautiful hymn should be called as Shiva - Stuti.... Isn't it?
Meaning of Shiva
Shiva means pure . Now what is the pure ?
People ( always exceptions are There ) generally believe , Shiva means the God having third eye . Whenever he gets angry He opens his third eye.
And them easily associate Shiva with anger.....
But in reality Shiva means the pure , free from every boundaries ( not even the time can affect him ) , free from the influence of the illusion, one who is supreme ,one who has achieve the victory over his senses , one who is beyond the worldly things , one who is simple Great , one who looks everyone with with love , kindness and generosity , the one who sees every being with the same compassion , one who is ultimate , the one who can reverse the time , the one who can make dead alive , the one who is free from the death and life .
Shiva who can take every form and still remain formless , who protect his devotees and forgive them and their sins , who is able to after his children equally and with equal eye of compassion , who can purify your heart in only one glance , who is infinite , formless , ultimate , Almighty , supreme , colorless , beyond the imagination , sound of OMKAR , soundless , infinite peace and love , ultimate originator and ultimate destroyer......., who never differenciate between the good and bad , divine and evil , Who is able to remove all your sins in a moment when you utter the name of Shiva .
Even his name can purify your soul , his thought can purify your mind , his one glance can purify your body.
Shiva, the ultimate transformer , the ultimate beauty , the ultimate purity , the ultimate truth ........
He is beyond the reaches of human mind.
At the same time He is ultimate creator and ultimate destroyer......
My experience
Whenever I listen it or try to chant it I feel very peaceful energy around me and within me.....
I use it as a weapon to being in calm and peace of state of mind .
1.It helps me to increase my concentration
2. It helps me to let go the things.
3. Though I don't know it's meaning I feel the pure energy in it.
4. It makes mind sharp and focused
5 .It give the peace within my heart.
6. It reminds me the strength of the supreme power , and how small I'm in front of Divine.
7. It also reminds me that no one is supreme before Him. Nor the illusion of Maya (outer unreal world ) and neither the illusion of Time ( Kal).
8. It purify my soul , mind , heart and body.
9.I suddenly reached the state of thoughtless and free from judgments.
10.II find myself able to gather my own strength.
11. It makes me more conscious about the present time and my breathe.
12. It makes me more humble and destroy my darkness and brings light in every part of my life.
However ,
