Hello everyone.

We all are aware about the current pandemic situation which is going since 2020.

Corona is the name. Many have had faced this name in real. All of us just tried to get rid of this. Our medical field helped us a lot in this situaton.

Different kinds of medicines were invented vaccines are been given.

Also many of us tried home remedies so that at least we have some relief.

I am going to share kadha recepie which I personally tried during these days.

I will say it is not the cure or 100% effective but it can give some relief to some extent.

Ingredients:

  1. Ginger
  2. Tulsi leaves
  3. turmeric
  4. 1-2 whole pepper
  5. 1-2 cloves.

Just blend these ingredients and add to boiling water or milk and let in boil for 10-15 mins. And strain it and have it.  You  can also add a teaspoon of honey for taste. Best time to have is in the evening.

These ingredients are easily available in our kitchen. And all of these are having excellent medicinal  properties that can give us relief.

let us discuss some medicinal properties.

GINGER

Ginger has a very long history of use in various forms of traditional and alternative medicine. Itโ€™s been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few of its purposes.

TULSI

Promotes Healthy Heart. Holy basil contains vitamin C and antioxidants such as eugenol, which protects the heart from the harmful effects of free radicals.

TURMERIC

Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its yellow color.

It has been used in India for thousands of years as a spice and medicinal herb.

Pepper.

  • Detoxifies your body.
  • Prevents cancer.
  • Cleanses your intestines and stomach.
  • It consists of potassium that helps in regulating heart rate and high blood pressure.
  • Helps in producing red blood cells.
  • Rich in vitamin B and produces calcium.
  • Prevents constipation.

Cloves.

  1. Contain important nutrients.
  2. High in antioxidants. ...
  3. May help protect against cancer. ...
  4. Can kill bacteria. ...
  5. May improve liver health. ...
  6. May help regulate blood sugar. ...
  7. May promote bone health. ...
  8. May reduce stomach ulcers.

You can also add your own spices which has medicinal property.

Ayurveda is the most ancient practice.

Stay home Stay safe. Fight corona virus. This time will also pass.
