Five Life Changing Habits To Adopt In This Lockdown
As we all know we are again struck in lockdown ๐and our lives has come to a stagnant point againnnn.Moreover as usual we are once again going through a period of being lazy ๐ด,all day long checking our social media accounts to know what others are doing ,surfing random stuff on internet that we have never been interested in but now are. I'm sure almost we all are going through this and want to have a little better lifestyle.
But before that the question is why do we want to have it? Didn't we always wanted a life where we have nothing to do and are all free. "Surely each one of us had given a thought to this atleast once ". Then why are we unhappy still even though our wishes are fulfilled?
The Answer to this is- first of ..Humans have a tendency to engage in something or the other, otherwise we feel lost else tired. Secondly..humans are never happy with what they have. They are always seeking ๐to things that either they don't have or get.
Moving forward towards the main purpose of the topic let's begin ๐ช
#HERE ARE THE FIVE WAYS TO CHANGE YOUR LIVES IN THIS PANDEMIC OUT THERE:-
- WAKEUP EARLY ๐:- If you want to chang something then you have to wakeup as soon as possible .You have no other choice. I regret to inform you this but you have to get out of the bed ๐ด.( wakeup atmost by 7 or before). I addition to do it sleep ๐คearly, just put that phone๐ฑaside.
- MAKE A TO DO LIST:- i understand its not a thing for majority of us to follow a timetable like we had to do when we went school. But that's the only way to stay in control. Start with minimum changes and gradually increase. Don't give yourself impossible tasks (miracles do not hapen overnight) you need to be patient. Do it as soon as you get out of bed ๐or before going to bed.
- WORKOUT OR MEDITATE ๐งโโ๏ธ:- Don't leave it for evenings. Do it early morning ๐. Trust me if you make your mind and take small step towards it ,it won't take long to feel that best ever feeling in life.You always wanted to do it but kept aside because of excuses like we don't have time ,busy with work or study but you have time now.#So do it now you have all the time in world now.
- EAT HEALTY ๐ฅ๐ฅ:- Eat nutritional food such as fruits , veggies rather than pastas, Maggie or fried stuff. If you want to be in shape you have to i repeat have to leave these stuffs. Stop being like that guy who newly went to a gym ๐(short story timeโณ:- there was guy who always wanted to join gym and finally the day cameโฆ As he entered the gym he saw ๐three pictures hung on a wall besideone another ..he saw the first one which was of a big heavy bodybuilder and said that I'll make that kind of body one dayโฆafter the workout he went back home all tired๐ซโฆon the next day he starred at the wall and saw second picturewhich was also of a bodybuilder but had muscle slightly less than previous one..the guy said that i won'tbe able to make that but definitely like hisโฆ3rd day he was looking at the same wall towards the picture number 3 which was of the owner of the gym's dad who has passed away โฆhe looked for a momentand said if in the end everyone will led to this(death)why to๐ชworkout so hard and went back home โฆfinally ever returnedback to gym)moral of the story is stop thinking of the end and enjoy the present. work hard ,eat good ,enjoy the gifted life .someone beautifull worte that Life shouldn't be long but should be good without diseases and health problems and a key to it is eating healthy . Just a petty thing you can do it.
- LEARN SOMETHING NEW:- develop new hobbies it could be anything but please no ludo ( # enough of this ludo please stop wasting time on screen๐).start reading books ,trust me once you start i guarantee you couldn't stop just try once. #Things that you saw in movies or saw someon else doing it and wondered if you could do the same.. today is the day.. do it Finally to sum up:- i know all the above mentioned are nothing knew that you haven't seen before. Then ask yourself what are you still waiting for if you know the process then get up and work on it.Life is too short to waste ,atleast once have a planned day and see how good you'll feel after the day is over๐. #let me know in the comment section below if you want me to write a part 2 and please write a review.
