So today I am going to tell you 6 ways by which you can turn your sad and bad mood to a happy and friendly one. Let's go. 

So we all sometimes feel sad for no reason at all, this may happen because we have no exciting work to do, or have seen something demotivating on social media or internet , or may be we just feel lazy to get up from our bed and just wish to scroll our phones and continue to feel numb and lethargic.

This disturbs our mood and those of others around us, continuous feeling of this mood can make us feel irritated and agressive as well. 

So below are the ways you must try when you feel sad and turn your sad face to a cheerful one.

  1. Smile ๐Ÿ˜€

Yes! Smile even if you don't feel like smiling at all. Just move your lip muscles a bit and feel the effect yourself. Yes try it right now , and comment below .

2.  Start Jumping / dancing ๐Ÿ’

When you feel lazy , get up and start Jumping and say this to yourself โ€œI am in a very active moodโ€ or โ€œI am full of energyโ€ while jumping. Try it ! try it! Right now, get up. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ

3. Sing a song to yourself ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Keep your phone aside and just sing a song with a smile on your face. Guys I am not telling you the reasons behind all these ways because I want you guys to practice it yourself to really understand their effects. Ok now , sing something good and happy.๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽค

4. Look/ water plants ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒฑ

Guys staring at green plants gives a boost of energy to our brain. And when you water them you feel so at calm and gets a feeling of love and care, which eventually makes you feel happy. Don't just read it . Go and try it now๐Ÿฅฐ.

5. Hug someone๐Ÿค—

Just hug someone when you feel low on energy , it would give your body a warmth and comfort. A teddy can also work ๐Ÿป.

6. Make weird faces to yourself in the mirror ๐Ÿฅด

Ok so this one is little wierd in itself. Right?? No it's not. Hahah! Try ! go in front of your mirror and make weird faces, you can laugh at your own face no problem in that. It would also give a good exercise to your facial muscles as feel for good glowing skin. ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€. 

So these were the easy ways you can try. I am sure it would help you turn your mood happy. Please note that not all ways can be effective to each and everyone but one must try all whichever can be turned out to be effective to them can continue. It also depends upon the situation which way you can apply.
