In current scenario when sales are less and retail footfalls have been hampered as is the case with most of retailers we are grasping to meet to ends meet. How to increase profit is our primary goal.
I recently joined course of Avi arya and watched his youtube video with bob who is a CFO and helps entrepreneur to achieve financial freedom. He said most entreprenuer fail because they donot focus on bottom line. So what is the secret recipe. Well you can follow any of these there
A) Increase your sales by increasing the number of customers for same product whose effect will take a while and is a painfull and takes lot of persistent hard work.
B)Increase your number of products or sevices with same customer.This means you give more products to same customer thus increasing your sales.
C) Increase your product pricing directly. This means you change the pricing of product this increasing profitability of product.
The third one is the most direct and fastest way to increase profitability. Just increase in such a way that it goes unnoticed.
To increase profitability please see the tax implications of country of residence. This can help you to lower your tax out go.
Also most business face major problem of cash flow due to credit cycle and most of the time goes in payment follow up . We donot have time to increase sales.
This sounds a bit tough but cash system or advance would increase your cashflow drastically there by increasing your purchase power and can get product at a discount.
Whole equation will change for good. We have been trying this formula with new customers and its working.Stop low ticket value sales they consume more time and energy.
For Direct sales pich use instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Growing sales organically will take time but would be permanent. Build a one on one personal rapport.
With in same customer you should analyse the items or services which he is using but not from you. Find the missing link and work on it and sales will definitely come.
In all this process make sure you donot have all your eggs in one basket i.e.Donot depend on one or two customer for your products and donot depend on one or two products have diversification.
