There are several things we must remember about life. Today, I'll be sharing '12 things' you must always remember.

The following includes :

1.The past cannot be change 

2. Opinions don't judge your reality

3. Everyone's journey is different

4. Nearly all things get better with time 

5. Judgements are a confession of character

6. Overthinking will lead to sadness 

7. Happiness is found within 

8. Positive thoughts create positive things 

9. Smiles are contagious

10. Kindness is free but hard to find 

11. You only fail if you quit 

12. What goes around, comes around 

As we know there are many more things we must remember in your daily life, but these are some of the important things we must always remember. There are times we will face happiness and also there are times we face sadness, we must always remember where there is sadness there is also joy and where there is difficulties there is also comfort we can never achieve conform without facing difficulty. If you give up, remember you can not earn a single penny in your life.

'WE ALL HAVE TWO LIVES. THE SECOND ONE STARTS WHEN WE REALIZE WE ONLY HAVE ONE.'

How you can be mentally strong in your life: 

1.Don't fear alone time. 

2. Don't dwell on the past.

3. Don't feel the world owes you.

4. Don't expect immediate results.

5. Don't worry about pleasing people. 

6. Don't waste time feeling sorry for yourself.

7. Don't waste energy on things we can't control.

8. Don't let others influence your emotions. 

9. Don't recent on other people's success.

10. Don't shy away from responsibilities. 

11. Don't give up after the first failure.

12. Don't fear taking calculated risks.I

I must left out some important things but according to me these are some of the important points how you can be mentally strong in your life.

1.You can't wash your eyes with soap.

2. You can't count your hair.

3. You can't breathe through your nose, with your tongue out.

4. You just tried no.3.

6. When you did no.3 you realize it is possible, only when you look like a dog.

7. You're smiling right now because you're fooled. 

8. You skipped no.5. 

9. You just checked and there is no no.5.

10. You've been fooled again.
