1.       THE HANGING PILLAR IN LEPAKSHI TEMPLE- Located in anathapur, andra Pradesh. Inside the temple you will find 70 pillars among which there is one pillar which does not rest on the ground freely. The name of this pillar is AAKAASA STHAMBHA. This is amazing pillar of architectural wonder.

2.        AJANTA CAVES- Located in aurangabad  in Maharashtr. It is developed in the period between 200 BC – 650 AD.

·        The total number of caves is 29 Out of which 25 used as residential caves by monks While 4 were used as prayer Hall(chaitya). Cave no. - 16 is one of the most elegant specimens of cave architecture.This cave is called the welcome gate of ajanta.

·        Ajanta caves can be found in the travel accounts of Chinese Buddhist travelers Fa hien and hien tsang.

·        Ajanta cave painting are  one of the oldest surviving murals of Indian subcontinent. The theme of these paintings are related to Buddhism- The life of Buddha and jataka stories.

3.ELLORA CAVES- .  Another important site of cave architecture located near aurangabad about in Maharashtra.

·        It is a group of 32 caves out of which 16 are based on Hinduism, 12 buddhism and 4 Jains.It is developed during 5th-11th century AD.

·        The difference between  ellora and ajanta caves is the slope of the mountain while the ajanta caves are on the stiff slop, ellora is one of the slant slope of the mountain, which reflects in the presence of courtyards in ellora which are absent in ajanta.

·        Cave 16 has kailash temple which is dedicated to Lord Siva.

·        The amazing fact about kailash temple that is it is single rockcut temple and this temple is considered one of the most impressive cave temples in India.

4.       KHAJURAHO TEMPLE- It is located in khajuraho city in Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

·        In these temples both interior and exterior walls were lavishly decorated with carvings and the theme of sculptures are Erotic And drew inspiration from vatsyayana's kamasutra.

·        It is one of the UNESCO's World Heritage site in India.

 5.NEW LUCKY RESTAURANT -Located in  Ahmedabad , gujrat .it is called the cafe on kabristan. Here people dine among the dead. The cafe has evolved at a place where once a  kabristan existed. The owner made sitting arrangements for his café by sitting tables at the space available between the graves.
