Go for a walk. Science, as it turns out, is a great way to improve quality of your thinking, but do not have the evidence to prove that.
Stay away from sugar. If you would like to understand what brain fog is, to eat a jelly cake, on an empty stomach, and then the math problems for twenty minutes. The fact that you get along with the blues, is brain fog. At the very least, cut out sugar and simple carbohydrates, you have to think clearly.
