People speak a lot about women empowerment, equality and what not, but the reality is nothing actually happens the way it is said. One must truly empower females by educating them, respecting them, only then a family, an organisation and a country grows and develops. Women must be  entitled to oceans of opportunity which will help them grow and explore.  

               All over the world, on 8th March, “International Women's Day” is celebrated where people wish, respect and show gratitude towards all the females, but why don't the same gesture remain throughout and forever! According to me, there's absolutely no need to empower females by giving a huge title"Women empowerment" as all the females are already powerful and unstoppable. Gone are the days of getting suppressed and depending on someone else, we are independent and will continue to be. Today more than ever females are enjoying their freedom and now that  females are independent and are no more subordinates. Thus, it withholds that male and female are pillars of the same building!!!

            For instance, if there's a question which says “what it takes to be a female”?….Here's what it actually takes……. Female can be your mother, sister, friend, teacher, co-worker and all that she chooses to be. There's no female like other where each one is unique in their own way. Being a female is not just a classy dress, makeup, high heels, accessories but something more than that. It takes numerous things. The more it is defined, the more it has no ends!

          The day you begin to believe yourself, love yourself and respect your own worth, that is when you grow and find optimism in everything that comes by your way and that's called “SELF ESTEEM”.

            So to boost up the self esteem of every female soul reading this!

Female is a creator, decision maker, care taker….

A multitasker who overcomes the worst…

When the think of the world leaves ink stain!

Never complain, just be an extrovert again and again!!!

Pleading does not suit feminine!

We are always stronger than masculine!!!

Self respect is the only crown!

Which tends you to be fearless from pointless frown!!!
