Planning a burglary in a house that had been closed for several days, a thief went to watch the last show of the circus at night. He enjoyed watching the show and was amazed to see how a slim man from the circus got out of the fireball. It has been, that too many times after the show he reached the stolen place, he saw that all the doors were more secure than he expected and he failed to break them. While doing a recce of the place, he saw a small hole under the roof, which was bigger than the circus ring, he tried to come out of it, but due to excessive fat, it did not work, then he thought of that thin man of the circus. The next day he went to the circus again. After the show he went back and talked to the man. He offered that he would pay three times the salary if he worked for her. The employee agreed and they immediately reached the same place. After reaching home, he gave a blue print of the place where the jewelery was kept and said that it came out of this hole, which was bigger than the exhaust hole in today's homes. The employee refused and said that he would not be able to do his job until he gathered a few thousand people.

The thief didn't understand and asked to elaborate. The employee said, 'If you think I can easily walk out of that ring because I am talented then you are wrong, I enter that fire ring because There are thousands of people there to cheer, clap for me and encourage me to get out of that ring and all this encouragement gives courage to my brain and I do that. It is not that I do not get hurt, I get burnt a little by the fire, but with the thunder of applause and applause, I forget that pain.

• This Tuesday, when I met a young man from Mandsaur, I remembered this story again, this district is 210 km away from Indore in MP. He looked unhappy and that glow was also missing from his face even though he had got married a few months back. She had a permanent job in an MNC which has offices all over the world and pays a decent salary. He works five days a week and has been asked to work from home (WFH) since Kovid came. The family members were happy that their son was living with them in the house for two years. Slowly the world opened up but his office offered him WFH for the next few years, as it was good for the family so he also accepted it. The family made an office for him in their palatial house at the time of Kovid, apart from taking care of family farming on weekends. The only problem with him was that he had to work according to the time of America. According to Indian time, his office would start at 10 in the night and would go on till about 4.30 in the morning, then he would sleep at 5 in the morning and wake up in the afternoon, by that time the family would be tired and would go for the afternoon nap due to the strange hours of sleeping. There was very little interaction with family members. I realized that he needed encouragement from colleagues and family, which he was not getting.
