The countdown is on for the entry of Bharat Jodo Yatra under the leadership of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in Rajasthan.  Four days later, on December 5, the yatra has to enter Rajasthan.  That's why the Congress party is busy in making this yatra successful in Rajasthan.  In this sequence, a very important meeting was called in Jaipur on Tuesday.  The 'very important' of this meeting could be gauged from the fact that KC Venugopal, the national general secretary of the party, had come for this.  Apart from him, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot and all senior leaders associated with Rajasthan Congress were present.  But the most important thing that was seen in the midst of these preparations was the strict attitude of National General Secretary KC Venugopal.  According to information, during this meeting, without taking names, he gave strict instructions to all the leaders and told them to remain disciplined.  Even warned that now the indiscipline of the leaders will not be tolerated under any circumstances.  Venugopal got angry on the talk of Harish Chowdhary, Latadabaytu MLA Harish Chowdhary said in the meeting that if there is something in someone's mind, he will definitely say it.  Venugopal was uprooted on this.  He said, if you have something in your mind then speak.  Chaudhary said that I have a lot in my mind, but I will speak after the visit is over.  Hearing this, Venugopal got furious.  He said... what do you mean...?  You are CWC member, you are in charge of Punjab Congress.  How can you say like this?  (You are a member of the CWC, you are the Congress in-charge of Punjab. How can you say such a thing despite being so senior?) Sensing Venugopal's tone, Choudhary and other leaders also fell silent.  Venugopal gave clear instructions that all the leaders should remain under the discipline of the party, if anyone messed up, then he should be ready for action.  One has to be disciplined during the journey. Sustain it even after the yatra, so that the party wins in the next assembly elections.  His reference was towards Food Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas and Sainik Welfare Minister Rajendra Gudha.  However, Gudha was not present in the meeting.  Venugopal said in a strong tone... If any minister does factionalism or rhetoric, I will remove him in 24 hours.  Ministers should pay attention to their departments.  The effect was visible immediately... The political tension between Gehlot-Pilot dropped and the effect of Venugopal's class was also seen immediately.  The political tussle between Gehlot and Pilot also seemed to be coming down a bit.  During the meeting, the two diametrically opposite leaders also greeted each other.  Talking to the media after the meeting, Gehlot took the name of Sachin Pilot and said that when the number one leader of the party has said that both of us are the assets of the party, then what is left.  Even while making statements in the media, Venugopal kept Gehlot and Pilot standing on either side of him.  Giving equal importance to both is a proof that the party will contest the upcoming elections keeping both these leaders together.  In front of the media, Venugopal raised the hands of Gehlot and Pilot and said that this is the new face of Rajasthan Congress.  He said that the people of the country got to see the real face of Rahul Gandhi during the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
