SMART ENOUGH FOR YOU TO REALIZE THIS BY THE TIME YOU ARE 40:

1. All you need is action and self control; you don't need a hundred self-help books.

2. Work with someone who is smarter than you rather than trying to outsmart them.

3. Never put too much pressure on someone. An excess of expectations might be internally fatal. Remaining overly accessible to others will cause you to become unimportant.

4. You will get the most satisfaction from helping others, but it won't come at the expense of your own loss. You shouldn't take advice from people who are not where you want to be in life.

5. There is no benefit to smoking in life. This sort of behavior will only make it harder for you to focus and concentrate. Steer clear of alcohol at all costs. There's nothing worse than acting foolishly and losing your senses.

6. More significant than the family you are born into is the family you raise. Spend the time you have with your wife and kids; it is valuable and will not be returned.

7. Nobody is here to solve your issues. The only person accountable for your life is you.

8. The time to pick up new abilities is always now. Learning a new computer coding language, musical instrument, or language is such a thrill. Yes, it's challenging, but it's also enjoyable!

9. Although it's not everything in life, money does matter.
You should at least have some degree of savings and financial stability before you turn 40. To avoid being plagued by financial concern, begin planning as soon as feasible.

10. Set aside money for life and health insurance for you and your family. This could come in handy when you get older.  Nobody can take the place of you or your career, especially when it comes to your family.

11. Respect your privacy and don't give individuals more information than is necessary. Don't just accept something because it's accessible; instead, set high criteria for yourself.

12. Eat well and live a healthy lifestyle. This entails eating healthfully, rising early, and staying active. Find interests that give you a sense of life. Maintain your physical fitness with exercise.

13. To protect yourself from 99.99% of mental health issues, learn to take nothing personally. The biggest enemy of success is distraction. Your brain is destroyed and is stunted.

14. The worst addiction and cheapest route to sadness is comfort.
