Healthy Sweet Recipe In Indian Style

I hope everyone are fine. I am very happy to see my previous blog views Thank you everyone for your support.

Today I am going to share recipe with you. Everyone in this world like sweets, but adding sugar to recipe gives only taste not health. This  recipe gives taste and also more benefits to our body. The recipe is Dry fruit ladoo.

Ingredients:

Dates                  -500g

Cashew nuts    -100g

Raisins                 -50g

Almond               -100g

Pumpkin seeds  -50g

Walnut                -100g

Ground nut        -100g

Pistachios           -100g

Ghee                       - as required

 First of all remove skin of almond and ground nut. Place the pan on the stove add  2 spoon of ghee add  cashew nuts, almond, pistachios, walnuts and roast it in a low flame. Then transfer it to the plate. Again add 2 spoon  of ghee  into a pan add pumpkin seeds, raisins,  ground nut and roast it in a low flame and transfer it.  Crush above dry fruits. Finally add 2 spoon of ghee in a pan add seedless soft dates  in a low flame and mash it into small piece.Add crushed dry fruits into it  and mix well. Apply ghee on the palms and make small size balls and serve it.

Peanuts:      

  1. Stabilize good/ bad cholesterol.

Pumpkin seeds: 

  1. The only seed that is alkaline forming.
