  1. Increase your vegetable intake:.       Instead of limiting different foods and food groups, focus on adding nutrient- rich foods that you can add to your diet to promote overall health and weight management.  The water and fibre contained in the products add volume to the food and are naturally low in fat and calories ,but nutrient- dense and filling .you can create low -calorie versions of delicious food by substituting fruits and vegetables for higher -calorie ingredients. Instead of starchy white rice or 50/50, consider cauliflower rice. if you plan to make any meal mainly vegetables( at least 50 % of everything you eat), you are on the right path to a better health.

Build a better breakfast:                   A well- balanced breakfast with fiber, protein and healthy fats combined in one delicious serving will revolutionize  your day ,especially if you skip it now and still struggle to prioritize a healthy lifestyle .Skipping breakfast can affect your hunger hormones later in the day, making you hungrier in the  afternoon ,making it harder to overeat or crave sugary and  refined carbohydrate foods. The best and heartiest breakfasts are the ones that will fill you up ,keep you full and crub carvings later in the day. Aim for 350 - 500 calories at breakfast and make sure you get a lean proteins source as well as filling  fat (eggs, unsweetened  Greek yogurt ,nuts or not butter) and fibre( vegetables ,fruits or 100 % whole grain). starting your day with a blood sugar stabilizing  nutritional blend will help you lose weight.
  3. Avoid sugary drinks:.                        We just don't feel  quite  the same way about liquid calories as we do about real food.   4. On the go :.                                              Any type of exercise can be a very useful weight management tool. Walking is a great and inexpensive option that requires no additional gym equipment other than a good kick. A recent study found  that people who walked 8,200 steps a day were less likely to be obese, suffer from major depression and other chronic health condition. so consider walking for weight loss and overall health.In addition, strength training bills muscle tissues that burn more calories- at work or on vacation -24 hours a day ,7 days  a week .the more muscle you have, the faster and you lose weight.
