A human can sleep 💤 8 hours per day normally. In the world, everyone needs pleasant sleep, but only some people can achieve a good sleep at night. Some people have good memories that make them sleep well, but some people have dark memories that make them overthink and sleep would be gone. So people approach everything in a positive way. Positive thoughts can make the sleep 😴 well. Did you know? Babies and children can sleep well because they didn't know any frauds and deceptions. So be like a child in your thoughts and be mature at a place.
