You all must know the famous dialogue from the movie Jab We Met- "Mein Apni Favorite Hoon"

This dialogue has stayed with all of us so positively that we should first be your own favorite. So today's topic is how to love yourself. When you love yourself, you put yourself in such a better space and it is so important to take care of yourself. Then only you will be able to take care of others.

So here are the finger tips for I love myself, so I will……

• Take care of my body. I love myself so I will take care of my body.
• Eat right, sleep right and exercise right.
• Make sure that you are giving positivity to your body, feeding your body right.
• Take care of appearance.Be well groomed, take care of your hair, be hygienically clean, smell nice and wear clean clothes. Present yourself well.
• Clean your home- Tidy your kitchen and table. Organise your things properly. It will help you to focus on lot of other things.Dont expect guests to come, it should be always a welcoming and home.
• Manage your money wisely- when somebody is in need, you can also help others.
• Value friends and family- they are the best assets that you have. When you value them, you have the best to cultivate from them in form of positive relationships.
• Learn to forgive others and yourself - let go of big or small mistakes, we all are human beings. Mistakes can happen, forgive others and yourself too. Because if we forgive, we will be able to put ourselves in better state.
• Find a purpose-  loving yourself is finding a purpose. What is your purpose, what you want to do? It doesn't mean you need to have a job. Purpose is a much larger meaning over here. My purpose of the day could be 5 things, that is my purpose is I have to meditate. I have to take care of everyone. Your purpose could be anything and can add value to your life. It could be work related, it could be home related but what is purpose that you are adding to your self. Are you learning new things? Are you learning. 

So all these are the small things about loving yourself. Love yourself. Be your own favorite. Love yourself and spread the love.
