Hello viewers, I hope you all are well and doing good. I am back with another interesting topic mentioned above. Handling people is not as tough as we think.It is an art hy which we can change the mindset of the person in front of us.

I am going to give you some tips that will work wonders for us .I am going to train you and you will expert in handling people.

Many of us are doing jobs or studying for  our future .We met many people on daily basis in office ,at home ,party,  wedding ceremony or elsewhere.But how many of us  hide ourself from relatives.Because they will ask your profession your income ,status and many more ,you know them.

My question to you is why you hide yourself?? ???????

The simple answer is that you cannot handle them. Yes, of course yes my friend.Because you are reading your books and solving questions.But what about the mental questions??

We hesitate talking to people . Remember you were called for delivering speech and you were shivering.  Do not run from these problems try to solve them.

1…Do not criticize, condemn or complain

Never criticize someone for what he is doing . Sometime it may be blessing for you.We often criticize that what you are doing is useless ,worth nothing .Just understand the other person point of view and help him getting better.

2… GIVE HONEST AND SINCERE APPRECIATION.

If someone asks you or want to clarify something, you must answer like a teacher or guide him honestly. Because the person asking you is hoping to get a good answer and he is treating you like his boss .So do not misguide him. Guide him honestly or if not leave the matter for someone else.

3..BECOME GENUINELY INTERESTED IN OTHER PEOPLE.

Look if someone is talking to you and you are looking here and there ,what this shows ,LACK OF CONFIDENCE. 

You are not interested in that person or his talk.But if you confidently look into his eyes and understand him .It will create a good image of you .

4… FEELING OF IMPORTANCE.

This is one of the best technique to make people like you.  Because you cannot define how important for you the person is .You can just feel him important by your actions.So feel someone important you will definitely get  good results.
