Hello everyone!Today we gonna see how to make blueberry muffins …yeah it's really delectable😇

Blueberry muffins are a baked snack that tastes great with a nice cup of coffee or tea. Yum! If you are like me you don't want to spend an enormous amount of time in the kitchen preparing and baking treats. So here is a very fast and easy recipe for blueberry muffins that is quick enough to whip up when unexpected guests drop by or when the kids are looking for a snack. This recipe has saved me many times when I was short on a quick dessert to serve. It's also a very easy clean up.

This blueberry muffin recipe makes about twelve medium-sized muffins and only takes about 5 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to bake depending on your oven. It's also made up of ingredients that are staples you would normally have on hand in your pantry. Just pick up a pint of blueberries and you are good to go! I tend to always have blueberries on hand and it doesn't matter the season. Blueberries are one of the healthiest of the berries. They contain high levels of antioxidants that not only protects from disease but also slows down the aging process.

Blueberry Muffins

Here are the ingredients:

3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries

You will need a muffin pan with twelve cups.

You can substitute 1 cup of canned blueberries but you must drain them or you can use 3/4 cup frozen blueberries that are thawed and also drained.

Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees and grease the bottoms of the muffin pan.
Beat the milk, egg and oil together.
Now fold in the blueberries.
Stir in the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir until just moistened; the mixture will appear lumpy.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups and try to fill each cup evenly.
Bake the mixture until golden brown; approximately 15 minutes.
When ready you should immediately remove from pan to cool.

Done! Now that didn't take long at all and you now have freshly baked blueberry muffins for your guests to enjoy or as a treat just for you.

Next time you find yourself short on time and craving a sweet treat this is the perfect recipe. You can also substitute the blueberries with other fruits if you wish.

Hope you enjoyed well!see you at next blog✌..
