Now-a-days, people are addicted to unhealthy food habits like fast food and junk foods.This may leads to serious health issues like increased obesity, chronic disease, diabetes, fatty liver diseases and poor digestion. Poor digestion due to the consumption of unhealthy foods and wrong eating habits is the root cause of 85% of illness in human being during their lifespan. Poor digestion generate toxic food waste in our body.This toxic waste will increase day by day.

To overcome all the problem, to keep yourself fit, avoid unnecessary junk foods. Keep a goal and just do it. Do excerise regularly. Get up early in the morning. After brushing you teeth, drink 1 liter of water. It helps us to remove waste from our body. Just stand in sun for about 5 minutes. It is the best source of vitamin D. Do atleast 30 minutes of moderate workout regularly. Let food be your medicine. Eat plenty of Fruits and Vegetables

Take your weight and divide it by 10 and subtract the result by 2. And that's the litres of water you can consumed per day. Drink room temperature water or lukewarm water. It helps to boost your digestion. Don't glup water take it by sip-by-sip like tea/coffee. 

Stomach does not have teeth, 80% of digestion takes place in mouth. Chew every bite you take and eat slowly. Take about 15 minutes to complete your meal. If food is not chewed well, it leads to constipation and weight gain. While eating, don't talk or listen to the television. Take high fiber rich and protein rich foods in your daily food. It fills your tummy faster and it prevents overeating. 

Make simple changes in your food, and that pay a way to healthy,

Quit white sugar, go for jaggery.

Use Himalayan Pink Salt, avoid Iodized salt.

Use cold pressed oils, instead of Refined oils.

Quit broiler egg, go for country eggs.

Hangout with your family and friends instead of using mobile phone.

Proper sleep is very important. Average human being should sleep for atleast 6 to 7 hours.You have to give rest to your mind and body. Completey avoid afternoon nap. Afternoon 2 P.M  to 3 P.M is the time you feel so tired. At that time, fill your energy level with water or a healthy snack. Without proper sleep, doing good excerise and following a diet is useless.

In conclusion, we all need a fit and healthy lifestyle to avoid disease and increase our immune system. So, keep yourself heathy and suggest your loved once to be healthy too!
