Chocolate cake is also a crowd pleaser that everyone loves."you can't buy happiness but you can buy a cake and thats kinda the same thing".

I will be sharing eggless homemade easy and simple recipes with perfect measurements of the ingredients to bake a yummy tasty cake that will  help you to bring magic in your kitchen. I will also share the essential tools required for baking, will also help you to play with colors, regular gel colors for different shades for perfect frosting on your cake. Hope to bring a bright smile on your face with my easy and simple recipes, the mouthwatering cake that will easily melt in your mouth with a mosit Creamy texture

Ingredients for homemade eggless cakes 

Ingredients required to make a simple, easy and yummy cake. All-purpose flour the most important ingredient for cake baking than you require any vegetable oil but do not use any strong oil with a strong smell or instead of oil you can also use soften butter for that creamy texture. The next ingredient is castor sugar you can also use granulated sugar but i recommend castor sugar because granulated sugar does not melt quickly, than you need essence for vanilla cake you need vanilla essence and for chocolate cake you will need chocolate essence, next is baking powder and baking soda, room temperature milk and thats all.

Baking tips                                     1. If you are using a container instead of microwave i recommend you to preheat in a medium flame 10-15 mins prior baking.

2. Make sure to use parchment paper in the cake tin or instead use can also use butter, brush your tin with butter.

3. All the ingredients you are using should be at room temperature before use.

4. Let the cake cool completely before icing.

Instructions 

  1. Pre-heat the container at medium flame  before baking the cake
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients and than mix them with milk and oil
  3. Pour the batter into the cake tin and tap the tin to brust the air bubbles.
  4. After 45 mins to check if the cake is perfectly baked use a toothpick and insert it in the middle if the stick comes out clean voila! The cake is baked perfectly.
