"A happy baby has shining eyes. It walks open-hearted into the world and spreads magic." —Sigrid Leo

Babies are loved all around the world. Cuteness in babies is a strong force to be feared. It warms adults' hearts, giving infants a constant supply of nourishment and safety until they reach a stage where they are a little less vulnerable.

The most tranquil scene for everyone is a child's smile. We have some wonderful child smile quotes to remind us of the beauty and joy that shine through so beautifully in the dazzling smiles that only innocent, young children could sport. It could be straightforward yet powerful in serving as a reminder that there is still good in the world.

yes! babies in Japan are now offered  work and they have all the perks  they need.

According to studies, social engagement helps elderly individuals feel less lonely, delay mental decline, lower blood pressure, and minimise their risk of disease and mortality. It has also been demonstrated that interacting with people of different ages makes older people more outgoing, smiling, and conversant. These contacts between generations have been proved to benefit children's social and personal growth.

In fact, Japan is a particularly family-friendly nation, and everyone appears to adore infants. To demonstrate this, many public spaces feature baby changing tables and play areas for kids where they may run around and have fun.

In southern Japan, a nursing home is hiring babies up to 4 years old and according to their job description, they have to make the elderly smile and give them company. This important work comes with a salary also…. its nappies and milk.😊 and they work flexible hours for a programme that bridges generations and improves lives .According to the contract, they are permitted to take a break "when they feel hungry, sleepy, or depending on their mood. To yet, more than 30 babies have joined up to cheer up more than 100 residents, most of whom are in their 80s.

TOKYO — In a nursing facility in southern Japan, the sound of wheelchairs and walkers is mixed with chuckling, cooing, and the patter of tiny feet. One residence in this ageing country has been hiring a peculiar type of workers to brighten its occupants' days. As the administrator of the nursing home refers to them, these 32 youngsters, all under the age of 4, spend time with the facility's inhabitants, who are largely in their 80s. Conversations start between locals and the young workers. Hugs are given to the inhabitants by the new born and their parents or guardians (often moms).
