All the components of the body must be moving once or twice a day.  Many fibers become inactive due to lack of proper exercise.  The same passive fibers obstruct the beating of the body and blood circulation.  Due to which many types of diseases arise in the body.  Therefore, all the subtle nerves of the body, blood circulation and muscles should remain active, so that the body can remain intact at all times.  The body remains unwell only when certain components or fibers of the body work.  They are all continuously active through exercise.  The body and mind are closely related to the subtle fibers.  Therefore, human beings have to face mental and intellectual difficulties when the passive fibers are destroyed and destroyed.  Exercise Methods - Several methods of exercise have been described.  The ancient sages have derived the 'yoga' (the body's AC method by which the physical and mental health benefits are obtained - it also gives the feeling of the soul.)
