Challenges Faced By Me On My Trip To Amarnath

This is my experience of my trip to Amarnath. For those who don't know, Amarnath caves are caves in the mountains of Jammu and Kashmir. It is believed that Lord Shiva explained all the mysteries of the universe to the Goddess Parvati. And now people go there to see a shivling is formed there naturally and the cave itself looks like sheshnaag and there are many more natural formations like six  pillars like structures depicting pandavas and statue of Goddess Parvati and Lord Ganesh. I don't remember it very well as I was just eleven years old at that time but as my parents say the formation of statues of Goddess Parvati and Lord Ganesh was very clearly depictable as it had very clear details.
Now starts my experience. It was the second time I was going to Amarnath I was not very much excited as my last year experience was not so good, it was an eleven kilometres trek with the first six kilometres with high inclination. My father was in the army and was posted in Srinagar, therefore, we took a trek taken by families of army person which gave us a relife of three to four kilometres. We started our trek from dopahal at  2 to 2:30 am. I started with energy but it all went down by 3 to 4 hours of trek and the path was also not very good as there was a 7 to 10 feet wide path with a mountain at one side and a valley on the other. A river of freezing water was flowing down there with a kind of satisfying and very loud sound. And the worst thing was it was raining that day it was very cold and I made one of the worst decision of my life I covered some distance sitting on a horse which made my body colder and me and my sister suffered from severe pain due to this but this was not that bad as we recovered from this as we started walking. We reached the entering of the cave I cannot express but it feels very good, the vibes that come from there are beyond explanation so I am not writing about that after some time we started our journey back to dopahal during which I experienced one of the most terrifying days, we were walking and saw a group of people standing there and repeating slogans the weather was not good at all which enraged the flow of the river and the worst, landslides also started it was a very terrifying situation especially to be faced with family I never felt tired after that we stopped at different places which had shops and all native people helped all the people who were there they all helped with their best efforts which after all the problems made me feel proud of my country which provides a home to all the religions all the societies to live as a family who fights regularly but also help each other. As for me and my father, we have not started talking like before as he is not here but it will get better.
