This blog is on my personal experience over a period of time.
My relationship with food !!
1)when I was a kid I was always a chubby girl or should say FAT GIRL , i was way too over weighted and that also affected my mental health.
2.) when I was in 8th standard I became to stubborn and wouldn’t even consume excess water because didn’t wanted the weighing scale to show high number. Then over the time I started starving my self and YES I did achieve my goals and lost approx 7-8 kgs in 2 months ( summer vacation) and went back to school as a thin girl.
3.)Then in class 11th - 12th I regained 4 kgs back as my body reacted back and used to binge eat. But then I didn’t looked that fat so used to keep eating . That time I only used to eat for taste but not for health.
4.) Then I took a drop for my Neet examination . That was the time I actually gained all of my weight back and used to look fat . As I used to sit a lot for my studies I gained thigh fat , I started loosing lot of hair and faced other health issue ,all this affected my mental health a lot .
5.) Then in 2018,when I was getting out of depression stage , I started working out and eating healthy . The first thing I did was to remove refined sugar from my diet and that really helped me a lot but made a lot of mistakes during my weight loss journey.
6.) Then just learning from my mistakes I kept on my hardwork and healthy diet and started eating protiens , fats , carbs in proper proportions . This again helped me with my inches loss .
7.)2021 , till date I have been maintaining a very healthy relationship with food. Now I don’t feel guilty for having some foods . But eating them in right proportion . I enjoy eating good food . I workout daily . Stopped starving my self and now I’m happy with my relationship with food .
And enjoying my fitness journey .
This is only to motivate each and every one who thing they can do it and the ones who just want a push for their beautiful journey to start.
