Hi everyone in this blog we will discuss why home made food is healthier and safer than a take out or eating in a resturant .Home made food usually have less calories low sugar ,fats,sodium as compared to fast food or in any takeout and they often fresh they frequently not stalewhenyou heat them up. According to the present situation of pandemic we all prefer to cook at home rather than  going to eat in a resturant because we having a fear to lose our health however our taste bud not satitate with it.

According to the recent survey that people who eat home-cooked meals on a regular basis tend to be happier and healthier and consume less sugar and processed foods, which can result in higher energy levels and better mental health. Eating home-cooked meals five or more days a week is even associated with a longer life and in addition  to this who cooked food for a week they scored 74percent comes under the healthy eating index and the another who cook 4 days a week scored 64 percent. Home made food  is healthy or not but it protects you from the diseases and saves your money and time.Eating outside is not a healthy practise though lot of  people might be busy with their work so they  grab the food at their  own convenience but at a  price.So here there are lots of advantages and distadvantages of home made food but yes if need to  bring your family together and  you should cook on the frequent basis.Home made food have a lovely feeling with all the healthier ingredients in it that smell and taste good because nothing like a home food with the home food you can easily reconnect and socialize  with lots of people however kitchen look like a mess .But yes if you can cook for lot of people then followDIY practise then it shouldnt be a problem. 

Lots of couple prefer to cook together  because they dont want to miss the opportunity of staying together inspite of their tight schedule so in order to keep your family healthy you must cook frequently “healthy people have a healthy lifestyle ”adopt this lifestyle because who believe in this they tend to be happier in life.hence we conclude home made food share lot of love,  respect and safe to eat
