Hi everyone welcome to my another blog I hope you all are well and doing good so today in this blog we talk about how to preserve the pickle in the best way so as december month is running this month we all love to devour the yummy sizzling paratha on the butter floating on the top along with we have the seasonal achar like (gazar) carrot, lemon (nibhu) gooseberry (amla)and mango (aam) make my mouth start watering in winters specially you cannot resist eating such thing specially in the breakfast with hot cardmon tea which gives the taste of hot and spicy as well as tangy so today here we are going to discuss how you can preserve the pickle in a better it is very important whenever you decide to make pickles first and foremost thing clean the pickle containers with hot water from inside as well outside however for preseving the pickle some people they use wrong containers as a consequence their pickle spoiled soon before the ripening of the pickle has done so in this case it very important that you can choose the right containers for pickle
If we talk about the preserving of pickles the pickles can be preserved in the earthware containers and ceremic containers or the glass containers and very important lid of the container should be tight and second thing is add the oil and the vinegar to prevent the spoilage of the pickle and improve the shell life of your pickle as well along with the oil and vinegar add the pinch of salt that improves your pickle life better. Whenever you are preparing the pickles if you feel the oil is less in the pickle then drizzle some mustard oil into it and make sure that mustard oil floats on the top of your container and keep your pickle in the sunlight so that it is exploited to get ripe the pickle soon and on the top of that mositure of the air would not effect the pickle because it was kept in the jar.
Third important thing you have to remember while preserving the pickle is keep the pickle at a cool place to increase the shelf life of the pickle dont put a container in the damp and humid places affects the taste of a pickle so keep the pickle outside in a cool and dry place and once in a while keep them in sunlight for fermentation process this will increase the shelf life of the pickles so now I hope this way you enjoy your pickle with your favourite dish
