Hi welcome to my another blog in this blog we talk about how to deal with overthinking problems when your goals are few steps away to conquer Everyone in life overthink some times however some people do it frequently than the others.Do you know that overthinking some times lead to various disorder like bloating,gas and loss of appetite and these symptoms develop due to feel uneasy about it.It may put yourself at risk as you train your brain to think more as a consequence leaves your goals behind because of overthinking too much if you are in such condition you are into the trap of overthinking but most of you not still not clear what does it mean it a when you are in a state of mind when thoughts keep occuring in your mind due to stress or worry it doesnt let it go easily from your mind becomes even hard for you to evaluate such situations because it becomes changelling thing for you to solve it you are not come up with good resolutions in such state what you need to do
1.Distract your mind: if you are in the office you need to work on a different and easy project in order to divert your mind or engage in a conversation to a completely different subject doing something different put an end on negative thought occurs to your mind unecessary.
2.Focus on problem solving: stewing your problems for long is not productive however brief reflection can be helpful thinking about how could do things differently it might be possible your plan could help you to perform in a betterway.if you incorporate 20 min daily of your daily routine to think about the solutions when time is up do something else.This way help you to aware of yr problems and unravels the problems as well because you work on a different and easy project that boosts yr confidence to solve tricky one. The best part is that you dont stick to a problem.
3.live in your present:stop your negative thoughts and practise being live in present for that what you need to do you either you mediate in the morning or inculate the habit of writing these things control over yr mind so that you can praticse live in that moment and reduce stress increase focus and increase the awareness as well. This practise may be difficult at the beginning but due course with time it begin to transform and come more naturally .if case if you find this difficult you can go to the park and walk for 5min or do some exercise to refresh yourself these are 3 simple ways to stop overthinking problems.
