Sofew quick smoothies recipe you can try at home:
1.The incredible green hulk smoothie: This smoothie is specially for the kids who dont like to add greens in their diet.for this green smoothie you need spinach 2 bananas 2apple 2tablesoon chia seeds2 or 3tsb jaggery powder or honey1 small piece of ginger 1 cup coconut milk or any dairy milk 1/2cup yogurt 1cup ice cube
Mix all the ingridents in a blender blend until its smooth and add cinnamon powder for garnishing slice the lemon and place it on the topof the glass and drop some ice cubes over it
Some people are intolerant to milk so you can add the almond milk
2.Coffee smoothie: coffee smoothie is the best way to boost up yr energy levels specially in the morning. It helps you when you are on the way to your work or if you are going to attend your college classes it will refresh you .for the coffee smoothie you need 1tsb express coffee powder 1tsb hot water 1 frozen banana ¼ cup free fat milk,2 tsb honey and ground cinnamon.

3.Tropical smoothie:Tropical smoothie is a refreshing drink in summers and the best option to stay fit because it is fat burner.In order to make the smoothie use less water for that you need 1/2chopped mango 1/2cup banana sliced and frozen 1/3pineapple juice chilled 1tsb lemon juice and ice cubes

4.Fruit kale smoothie:This drink is green in color creamy and absolutely delicious kale is a great way to include vitamin k in your diet.kale is leaf cabbage for this smoothieyou need 2cups and 1/2cups of kale 1 cup cubed pineapple ¾ cupapplejuice 1/2cup seedless grapes1/2 green apple and 1/2cup yogurt.
