 A light night leads to dark circles in the morning why god why? 

THE GOLDEN RULE:

Make sure you always remove your makeup before hitting the sheets. The skin needs to breath overnight. And makeup prevents that, as leaving it overnight. And makeup prevents that as leaving it an overnight clogs the pours which may causes blemishes and or blackheads. If you are not having makeup remover then remove makeup by using olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage the oil into your face to ge rid of the makeup and dirt.

SUN AND SKIN:

Apply sunscreen with SPF at least 15 that blocks both UVA and UVB  rays. Since a lifetime of sun  exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems.You have to protect your skin from the sun. Make sure the label reads noncomedogenic or nonacnogenic so that the product does not tend to block press.

WHAT TO EAT:

Eat fresh fruits, greens, sufficient protein and vitamins. A diet rich in vitamin C  and low in fats and sugar promotes radiant skin. Consider a low level sugar diet, which can keep insulin levels down, allowing cells to maintain a healthy balance. 

SWEAT IT OUT:

Do regular exercises, running, jogging, and yoga will give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body. You will notice a glow on your face after working out. 

BEAUTY SLEEP:

Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night. If you don't get enough shut eye, your skin gets tired just like you it sags and you gets bags. So don't risk it. You can also apply honey on your face twice or thrice a week to naturally soothe and heal your skin. Don't forget to wash your face and moisturise your face before going to bed.

HEALTHY HABITS:

Take out time for yourself, and try to avoid stress as much as possible. Stress causes your body to produce cortisol and other hormones making the skin to look more oily. Practise stress exercises like breathing exercises, yoga and meditation. 

Wash your face with warm water, three times a day and gently massage your face in a circular motion, ensuring that the cleanser contains alpha hydroxyl acid or beta hydroxyl acid. After cleansing pat dry and apply a lotion which contains benzyl peroxide. So that the acne problems can be resolved.

Don't pop up pimples because it could lead to swelling, redness and even scarring.
