Hello people !! hope you all are doing good . this generation is the one that gives special attention to fitness and structure . Some pays for gym , some buy the necessary properties and some maintain their fitness in their homes . β where or how do i begin β is the major question that everyone faces when they decide to start their fitness journey . So , in this blog i will give some tips and guides , on the starting of fitness. let's pop into it .
Beginning any journey is not easy and that too when it comes for health and fitness , its more complicated . But with proper information and preparation , things may differ and get easier to get used to it . so , what should we do while starting a fitness journey ?
- Understand the core facts of fitness : loosing weight, maintaining it with a balance or gaining weight , these may be different forms , but they all depend on the term β fat β . Burning calories helps to lose weight , but in the name of workouts and diet, we must not push our body by doing hard workouts and avoiding food. Everything has considerable limits to follow and less or more of it gonna cause unwanted troubles that may affect the journey .
- Ask questions yourself : First and foremost in the fitness journey is before finding answers , ask questions to yourself . like , are you really interested to start this fitness journey ? is that really needed to your present body condition ? , because you must not blindly enter this thing by just seeing others or someone says you to . once you stepped into this , it will be totally you who gonna do things , which needs your whole heart interest and intention to get better results,
- Food diet : eating some specific food items or costly items ,has nothing to do with this , it's just a myth . There is nothing special or rules to eat certain items and avoid others . It lies on how you eat them and the amount of food you consume is only matters . Don't avoid any healthy food , everything has it's own benefit to help us but have them in correct amount .
- Consistency : Most beginners believe that they have to do it hardly or they give up . this is the wrong way to set yourself for failure . you cannot be perfect at the starting itself , but sure practice will make you better . you may find it harder and get the thoughts of giving up , but you must overcome it . create a schedule and plan yourself according to it . Do workout daily and make it your routine .
- Get support : Once you start workouts , do it properly . get a coach if possible or else you can follow many online pages and videos . there are specific channels for fitness where they teach fitness tutorials starting from beginning .
