Tamarind is a fruit we know since our childhood days. There was always a man who use to stand beside the school gate towards whom we ran with our one rupee coin. Those days were days we could buy happiness for just one rupee. Eating tamarind those days were fun, but we were unaware of what a healthy thing it was for our skin, hair and our body. Today let's discuss about it's benefits.

Other than it's taste and mouthwatering properties, there are many more things it has which we are unaware of. Tamarind has abundance of vitamins, minerals and fibre in it.
