Avoid Sudden Death At Night.

Let's talk about something that most of us are unaware of. Being an ayurveda therapist and I a health professional I came across something very different during my research and studies which I definitely want to share with my readers. It's about the most common thing that happens at nights. 

We often here stories of people saying, “Yesterday only I spoke to him /her, how come he/she died so sudden? ” Isn't it true that most of us have heard this story at some or the other funeral?  We'll talk about the reasons in my today's blog and discuss how these 3 and a half minutes can change someone's life. 

For those who get up at night to inspect the house or urinate, every person must take a note of the benefits of “3 and a half minutes” to the body as you wake up. The reason for this sudden death is that when you get up at night to go to the washroom, it often happens suddenly. We simply wake up from bed and start walking towards the washroom. But we stop immediately as the brain does not have proper blood circulation and fall down. 

Why are the 3 and a half minutes so important? 

In the middle of the night, when the desire to urinate wakes you up, the ECG pattern can change. By sudde rising from bed, the brain is ANEMIC and cause heart failurefailure due to lack of blood.Therefore it is advisable to practice these “3 and a half minutes” which are:

1.When you wake up, instead of walking straight away, stay in bed for one and a half minute in LYING POSTURE. Let your brain process that you are awake. 

2.SIT in the bed for next one and a half minute. 

3.LOWER YOUR LEGS and sit on the edge of the bed for half a minute. 

After 3 and a half minutes of this practice, blood circulation will be proper and your brain will NO LONGER BE ANEMIC and your heart will not weaken, which will reduce the risk of falling and sudden death. 

This is a bit hard thing to do when you wake up at night as you are already so much sleepy, but it's important to understand the importance of this 3 and a half minutes as this can do so much good to your loved ones by saving you from any bad incident (God forbid.) 

So please share this with your family, friends and loved ones. This can happen to anyone, no matter thr age, young or old. 

Even a car engine needs some time after starting and before accelerating, and so is with our bodies.
