We all have times when we feel so low and down. Negative thoughts rush through your brain making your day worse. We can cheer ourselves by listening to music, eating our favourite food or watching our favorite series.

How can we cheer ourselves spiritually?  

Auras are energetic fields surrounding our body. We can see our own aura in many ways.

Technique:

Close your eyes and rub your hand for 45 secs.

When you are ready , feel the warmth of your hand and open your eyes .

You can see your aura in the outline of your palm.

HOW TO CHECK ANOTHER PERSONS AURA:

Make the person sit in a light background. Meditate in their energy . Open your eyes and gaze at them . You can see their aura in the outline of their body.

You have to cleanse your aura when you are anxious , lethargic , when you are jealous or angry . The negative vibes surround you during these emotions. You will feel drained.

HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR AURA

  •  Cleansing bath: It is a very simple method . All you have to do is when you take a shower let go off all the negative emotions you are feeling . Allow all those negative emotions wash away in water.Add a pinch of salt in the water while bathing.    
  • Light scented candles: You can light a scented candle and meditate . This will clear all your negative vibrations giving you a calm inner peace.
  • Meditate: Collect all the negative things happening in your life . Take a deep breath and when you breathe out , push out all the negativity.This will cleanse your aura immediately.
  • Write down your feelings: Take a piece of paper and write all of your negative feeling as if you are draining it out of your body. Then, burn the paper , removing all the negative things from your life.
  • Walk in the rain: Let the raindrops wash way all your negativity. Allow yourselves to soak in rain completely.
  • Chant mantras or positive affirmations: Affirmations make our subconscious mind believe that you are happy . Let the affirmations or mantras you say sink into your body ,cleansing your aura.
  • Have herbal tea : This will help in inner body cleansing as well as aura cleansing.
  •  Soak in the sunlight: Step out of your house and soak yourself in the sunlight cleansing all the negativity.

These simple methods can heal you from negativity.  Make a habit of doing this daily to cleanse your energy.
