Hi ,dear readers I do believe that we all have faced fear in one form or another. I m going to talk more about this which might help u people to overcome it.
Fear is nothing but a emotion which comes only when we can sense any kind of danger or trouble around us or in other words we can say fear comes when we sense some danger . It actually alerts us to face the danger.
In our body there is certain hormone called 'adrenaline' which secrets more in amount when we faces fear ,which prepares us for the “fight or flight” condition. This secretion helps us either to fight with the danger or to run away from the danger. So we can say fear is somewhat useful for us.
Anxiety is kind of related term which comes in frame when a person is feeling that continues fear from some days sweating , high pluse etc , Sodoctor will decide whether that person is feeling anxiety or something else on basis of these symptoms.
Fear can have many symptoms like shortness of breathe, pain in chest, headache, blood pressure, heavy breathing etc. So they can be treated properly. Actually sometimes anxiety can leads to fear which develops phobias. Phobias are nothing but a kind of feeling of fear which actually comes when we feel something which are not present. We know that our fear is unreasonable but still we cannot do anything to it.
Not only medically we can treat but yoga also provides a good option to overcome these things, meditation heals faster along with doctor prescription. These days when a person speaks about mentally unwell , the society or over educated people consider them ‘pagal’ or psychopath and much more but mentally unwell is as common as physically unwell even mental illness requires more attention as it can not easily diagnosed so create more problem if not treated on time.
There are certain counsellors who can counsel the person and suggest the treatment for early recovery. So in my opinion any type of disease which is related to human body must be treated properly. There are another ways to deal with fear. If the same exposure is given to the person than its fear effect gets faded with time and person can normalise him or herself.
In the end, I just want to conclude that fear is nothing but emotion which tells about the state of mind.
