Hello everyone i truly hope that u all will be healthy and happy . Read this out if u r kpop freak and a huge fan.

It was all started with the “Gangnam Style ”and now the craze of k-pop band has increased immensely . Being an army myself I love bts and support other band as well. From blackpink to stray kids everyone of them are awesome and fabulous and cannot be compared with one another.

We see their beautiful faces and mind-blowing dance performance, great music and relatable lyrics , everything about them makes us wonder that omg they are perfect. 

But sadly there are some dark sides to these k-pop bands .

1. They have a really strict diet to follow that sometimes they even collapse on the stage performances . They are not allowed to eat anything beyond their diet . 
2. When they enter in any contract they usually get bound by that . They are not allowed to date or even worse not to see their family members. Its like they have entered into a slave contract.
3. The beauty standards for korea is really high so they get their plastic surgery done in many cases to meet this so called beauty standards.
4. They are told to work harder and practice more and more neglecting the fact that their diet is not supporting their so called work harder routine. So as a result they suffer fatigue and even worse they collapse .

 I personally have witnessed many videos where due to hard work with a limited diet they collapse on the stage. We know every coin has two sides so it's a given that there would be a dark side to something which is giving sunshine to us . So apart from all of these hard work they surprise us with their great talent and awesome music videos. And they have also set many milestones and broke hundreds of records. Even they got nominated in “Grammy” which is a world wide achivement .

I am really glad that k-pop bands are getting recognition that they deserve after all those struggling years that they have suffered andfinally getting deserving success. I hope they would give us many more awesome music videos in future and waiting for them already.
