Listening brings the wisdom to a man because wisdom comes through listening to something which is essential and necessary as the Bible says the wise man will listen and improve his wisdom 

Yes we must be always eager to listen and very slow to speak that brings us wisdom and blessing as well and at the same time the conversation will be worthy as well because if two talktive peoples had a discussion about a certain topic thier conversation will be like ,they both will be very eager to express thier feelings and thier thoughts ,than to listen what other person is telling so being eager to listen is very useful than to express our thoughts contiously irrespective of the others interst …..

*So only the Bible says if a person with no knowledge is in midst of a group ,being silent and listening carefully what others are speaking, his act will represent  him  as a wise person even though he has no wisdom and knoweledge 

• So only elders say like this NOTHING IS BETTER THAN THE NONSENSE yes this sentence make the sence because people will strive a lot to gain the impression of some one but instead of gaining thier impression they will loose others good opinion about them so ,as the above proverb says some times nothing means being silent brings us profit than to strive for something which is not worthy  and in result  creating the nonsence
• The man is wise and has wisdom and knowledge but the way he utilizes it matters a lot. For example today many of the youngsters have got smart phones they all are well aware of using those smart phones but the way they are using it is leading them TO BE USED BY THE SMART PHONES that should not take place and that makes a person to lose so valuable TIME we must be very wise even in using the wisdom we are given with
• The humility is  the key for the wisdom one who is humble will always strive to learn something since he is humble he is very less in his sight and he wanted to build his knoweledge so he will be very eager to listen and he will practice the listening contonously in order to gain the good knoweledge and wisdom
• So it's better to gain the knowledge being silent thank to express what we know, because expressing something which we know is not wrong but when it comes to prioritise about listening and expressing listening is prominent and it works good
