How To Nourish And Relax Your Eyes At Home ?

As the saying goes “Precaution is always better than cure” With the ever Increasing screen time of our Phones and Laptops 💻 it’s important to take care of eyes and maintain its health ever than before 

In the Present “work from home“ the stress on eyes is over loaded and it’s our responsibility to take care of it here are few useful tips that can help you nourish your eyes and maintain it’s health at home with these simple steps 

  1. Reading Glasses - Try to wear a reading glasses when you sit to work or attend online classes where you are exposed to screen for longer duration this helps to prevent harmful radiations entering your eyes directly wearing a reading glasses also reduces the strain in your eyes 👀
  2. Take care of your Foot 🦶 -To get Fruits   we water the roots , same way t nourish our eyes it’s necessary to take care of our foot. the nervous system of the eyes is linked with the foot so taking good care of foot is proven to improve the eye Health. Apply a foot balm to avoid crack heels and always keep your foot healthy and moisturised you can also use a foot massager which helps in relieving stress easily.
  3. Take small Green  breaks - every now and then take a short 1 minute break and try to stare at green, may be a walk to balcony  or staining at tree, plants is helpful. try to look at anything other than screen. Adding indoor plants to your workstation can help a lot it not only reduces eye strain also adds a lot of positive vibes and makes the space  look cozy and bright
  4. Eye Exercises -you can easily find a ton of simple Exercises that you can do to relax your eye and eye muscles rotating your eyes to four corners of the ceiling is one of the best way to reduce the strain on your eyes try to do this after every 2-3 hours of work 
  5. eye protection mode - Always switch on the Eye protection mode on your laptops while Bing watching your favourite web series or movies and you can thank me later

bonus tip : try add include more Ghee in your diet this really helps to re eye irritation, Ghee can sooth the strain on eyes you can also use Ghee as eye drops and apply a drop of ghee to your eyes once in a while
