 Hii everyone 💥

India has long been the center of the world. Some of the major religions in the world have their origins in India. Buddhism was once the dominant religion in India, and Buddhist monasteries and stupas were built throughout India before it finally spread to other countries. Around the 8th century AD,  the advent of Shankara Charya revived Hinduism, and  many Hindu rulers, including the Pallava and Chola dynasties, built architectural wonders. Rajput built various magnificent hill forts in Rajasthan to protect their territory. For the first time after the invasion of Islamic rulers in the 11th century, India was influenced by the Middle East, where Afghan and Persian architectural designs merged with exciting Indian styles. The
Mughal Empire has assured India that it has some of the best Islamic architecture in India. Portugal, France, the Netherlands and Britain later attacked India, leaving  footprints influenced by various churches and  European  monuments.  India is a land of architectural wonders, and here is a list of seven wonders of Indian architecture.

  1. Taj Mahal

As part of the Seven Wonders of the World, this list had to start with the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a mausoleum built in  the 17th century for 22 years for his beloved wife, Shah Jahan, of the Mughal Empire. The Taj Mahal shows a combination of Hinduism and Indo-Islamic architecture. A huge white marble terrace that supports the famous white marble dome with four tapered minarets. Inside the dome is a memorial monument adorned with the jewels of the late Queen.

2. Nalanda ruins

Nalanda Country It was the center of ancient higher education in Bihar, India. The University of Nalanda in Bihar, India was the center of Buddhist learning. The wonderful library at Nalanda University was so large that it was reportedly burned for three months after an intruder set fire, plundered and destroyed the monastery, and expelled the monk from the scene.

3.sun temple

Konark's Surya
Mandir (Temple of the Sun) is derived from the words Kona (horn) and Arca (sun) and is known not only for its architectural splendor, but also for the complexity and abundance of its sculptural works. The entire temple is designed as a tank of the sun god, each with 24 wheels about 10 feet in diameter,  a set of spokes, and intricate carvings. Seven horses drag the temple and two lions guard the entrance and crush the elephants

And so many architectural wonders are in india… we will visit another time..❕
