Summer is the time when all of us are scared of sweat ,sun, dry skin, acne, scurvy and blackheads. Women who go to college and office in particular are afraid to go outside . Below are some tips as a solution for everyone not to worry. Must read.

During the summer everyone sweats profusely. The result is a foul odor. So drink plenty of water. Eat lots of greens, oranges and pineapple.Add more cucumber, watermelon, jujube ect,.

Summer's impact will bring a lot of blackheads oily gums can cause pimples on the face. papaya juice can be applied on the face to fade dark spots and pimples .Do not pinch pimples for any reason. Thus increasing pimples.

In the summer  the eyes burn with heat .cut the cucumber in to thin slices and apply it on the eyelids the eye irritation will fly away. People with dry skin should not worry too much about the summer. Because sweat a lot in the summer. Thus there is no harm except good for those with dry skin. But when you sweat ,dirty, particles stick to the body and cause skin allergies.so wash the body often.

Rinse face frequently with cold water . This is the first skin care you need to do.  Next take a shower twice a day not only sun exposure but also sun exposure can cause the body to sweat and accumulate dirt on the skin.

In the summer not  only the tongue but also the skin become dry. Drink fruit juices ,vegetable juices, soups and mineral water frequently to prevent dry skin . It refreshes the skin and makes the skin glow.

Distill a little cumin in water and drink it often. Thus the skin does not fade in summer achieves prosperity. Bathing when sweating excessively does not suit the body bath only after the sweat has stopped.

Avoid oily substances, alkalis etc in summer.Drink plenty of clean drinking water. It is better to eat low protein foods in summer. Avoid it because the protein will eventually turn in to urea. It is good for the body to eat hydrated bananas and spinach to get rid of irritants. Do not suppress Urination for any reason.

Drivers and those who work sitting in one place should definitely drink butter milk and tender coconut frequently. It helps to reduce heat and the body get refreshed.
