do goiI think my worst days are the days when I caught by covid virus, eventually I don't have many symptoms and not too sick also but my family ,they are showing worst symptoms like vomiting ,loss of full appetite and decrease in oxygen level also.
But somehow I was quite well to take care of them and can make them better day by day.
They always ask me for covid medicines so I give them kadha and vitamins and minerals tablets ,zinc is must ,but I suggest don't overdose ,don't use excess steroids as now studies showed thatthey increase the danger of black fungus.
When I give them water ,food etc they refuse to take so i thought I have to be strict with them because they are not in a good mood to take food easily as they have lost apetite,vomit makes them more weak
I started giving them water in their hand only so that they can't refuse to drink it ,I forced them to eat nuts and eggs so that their body can fight but sometimes I feel so helpless like I can't π help them totally
I was lonely too as I have 3 members in my family and both the two are moderately unwell
Day by day they got better and I thanked to God for this
But now my family is so scared with covid that they don't allow me to go out , sometimes they cry at night with the fear
It's frustrating because you feel helpless again to overcome that fear .
I personally suggest you to do yoga to boost your immunity
Sitting idle won't make you strong but doing yoga oviously makes you strong ,drink 1 litre water daily in the morning it will just flush out all the toxin and can boost your immunity too I had tried ,you should also try.
You should eat healthy in these days because junk food only ruin your life and make your body weak eat daal chaval roti daal fresh vegetables they have natural vitamins, minerals ,and protein too if you eat nonveg it's good but avoid so extra oil in it
