As u all know that yoga is a mantra to calm our mind, body and soul.It is a energy who bind our body to the centre. Through yoga you can stretches your body and remain fit for a long time .As many of you listen that yoga is come from latin word yuj.Yoga is a form of exercise which is originate from the ancient time.Many people have practiced it from thousand of years.It is said that he or she who do yoga become healthier.Therefore many countries adopted yoga as a exercise.It was practiced earlier by buddha,Hindu and jain.It is like a medicine which treats many diseases gradually by regularising the function of body organs.In vedic Sanskrit ,the meaning of word yoga,"is add","to join","to unite" or “to attach".The ultimate goal of yoga is to Moksha through the exact defination of what form this takes depends on the philosophical or theological system with which it is conjugated.Several seals discovered at indus valley civilization cites depicts figure in positions resembling a common yoga or meditation pose.There are different yoga techniques the most common among them are:Surya namaskar,Meditation and Pranayama.The five major principles of yoga are:Breathing,Exercise,Relaxing,Diet and meditation.According to me yoga is not a exercise it is way to refresh our whole body and mind .Todays daily busy life we forget about our fitnes and never remember to exercise our mind .In India in many school yoga classes is run by school but only for formalities in whole year only 5 to 6 classes is attained by students .My own experience is same about yoga classes when I was in class 11 my school has started yoga classes but in whole year we go for that only 4 to 5 times now you can see what the conditions of school and you really want to learn yoga he or she have to pay extra charges to the yoga classes although we are paying in school but in school we don't get appropriate time to learn.one of my teacher in school who do you she was so gorgious at the age of 40 so you can think that how yoga effect on your body and how it work.I am requesting to all who read it do yoga regularly and see the magic of yoga and I also practiced yoga some times it really refresh me and calm my mind.Students should regularly exercise yoga because it increase learning power and help to remember anything quickly.
