ABOUT BATMITON    

One of my favorite hobby is badminton. Racquets are used in the racquet sport of badminton to strike shuttlecocks over nets. 

AOUBT BADMITON: "Singles" (one player per side) and "doubles" (two players per side) are the most popular versions of the game, while it can be played with larger teams. 

Formal matches are held on a rectangular indoor court; recreational badminton is typically played in yards or on beaches. When the shuttlecock is struck with the racquet and lands inside the opposite team's half of the court, points are scored. 

SERVING :  The shuttlecock must cross the opponents' court's short service line in order for the server to serve; otherwise, it will be considered a fault. Until the server strikes the shuttlecock, the server and receiver must stay inside their respective service courts, keeping their feet inside the boundary lines. As long as they do not obstruct the server's or receiver's vision, the other two players are free to stand wherever they choose.

SCORING : Each player scores a point by winning a rally, and games are played to 21 points.[14] This is not the same as the previous system, where each game was to 15 points and players could only earn a point on their serve. The best of three games determines a match.

In the event that the score is tied at 20–20, play continues until one team takes a two-point advantage (24–22), with the exception of ties at 29–29, when play advances to a golden point of 30. The game is won by whoever scores this point.
When a match begins, the shuttlecock is thrown, and the side it is pointing towards gets to serve first. As an alternative, a coin might be tossed and the winners would select.

PLAYER : A players are usually called badminton player or batmintoist.

FITNESS :Regular badminton play can lower the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) by strengthening your heart muscle and lowering the chance of blood vessel occlusion.

 It's a terrific method to meet part of your suggested minimum 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity exercises.

FOODS : Foods mostly prefer diet should include meat, fish, chicken, tofu, beans, peas, almonds, and seeds to hasten the healing process. Meals high in vitamin C can help produce collagen, which is necessary for tissue repair following an injury.

HEIGHT : It works the entire body. Adolescents who play badminton benefit much because it helps them grow taller, which promotes the creation of cartilage. Youngsters who are small in height can participate in this sport to grow taller.
