What does addiction means?????

It could be anything that you can't live without. If you are lucky enough you could get rid of it, but if you are not then you are in a big trouble. 

Sometimes we get addicted to people, that could be your family, friends, lover or anyone. You just feel you can't live without them. If you are the only one who is feeling that way then it could be dangerous. So beware with whom you are getting attached, cause there are chances you will get addicted to them and you won't even know when that happened. 

First thing keep in mind if you are getting addicted to someone be prepared if they don't want to be with you anymore. We can't keep someone in our life without their wish. Even if we could, I think we should not, because it won't work as it has to. Sometimes we all should have ability to control our emotions upto some extent, if someone wants to leave, let them go for their as well as your sake. 

I had read a quote somewhere far years back, “If you want to cry over something, cry hard but make sure you won't cry for same reason again”. Everytime when I cry for some reason I decide to myself that I won't cry for same reason next time. It's other thing it won't work all the time but many time it does and I feel much lighter. Let me tell you whatever I said is not about crying if you are thinking that way, I am saying that don't pick same thing to get upset or to get hurt. Give yourself some value and end things that are making you sad, I know it won't be easy but you have to try. Some or other day the things are going to happen that are suppose to happen.

One more thing don't push away people who wants to be with you. Being afraid of someone is going to leave you is okay sometimes but with that fear if you won't let people enter into your life then it will be injustice for them as well as for you. Let them decide what they want and then you decide for yourself, who knows you both would like to stay with each other. Don't overthink about relations, if you do you will mess the things up. So, try to not get addicted to someone 😉.
