In our society we generally get to see about how  did a bat get hang on the power wires and actually we able to perceive a dead body of the bat dies because of its get electrocuted by transmission of power cables. This is one of the major issue of our society that we have included. That's why because of the following reasons:

Bats generally get electrocuted on the transmission of power wires because of many reasons: First and foremost the bats have different morphology as compared to the other birds. Bats does not belong to the category of birds species. Bats are actually belong to the category of mammals. They do give birth to their pups instead of laying eggs, like flying squirrels they are flying mammals. But it is interesting to note that they have a major difference and similarity between like any other mammals like Gliding Possum and Colugo flying mammals and the difference is that the bats has the capability to substain flight while others mammals have short term flight.

Secondly, bats resembles the other birds during frying because the movement of flying by bats is different from the movement of the other birds. Biologically bats  do not flaps their entire forelimbs and they are usually flaps their digits and they are long covered by a thin membrane that produces patagium to fry.

Thirdly, bats have underdeveloped hind legs therefore they are usually unstable to move forward in a upright position to launch their flight. Even they have weak wings and that is enough to produce sufficient lift.

Now the question is why do Bats gets electrocuted on the transmission wires because of their feets are unstable too weak to produce stability that like other birds do.  Bats do accidentally touch the transmission wires because of their wrong detention of the way of their flight. 

Because of delicate membrane bats legs touch the power wires and the power wires consist of different types of potential and different phases of voltages that provides current to flow on the wires between two points so that during this process bats get electrocuted on the transmission wires and as result bats stop breathing and died and hanging on the wires. This also happens because of their different feet grip between the two points of transmission wires and this cause because of the flow of the current needs a clear path to pass their frequency. 

Afterwards, bats electrocuted and died the mechanism of their feets still work for something and it doesn't not losing its motion as the weight of the bat's body is pulling downward and the feets becomes closer to power wires and the dead bat is still hanging on the wires for all to get perceived. The dead bat will remain continuously hanging until that is removed by  a raptor.
