A bibliographic referencing style is divided into four major steps:

The Author Name:

• To represent the author name in a bibliography in a every citations is the first step. 
• In some cases there may be the last name of the author is required to listed in a bibliography.

• In this part it is important to input the the name of the publisher who publish the sources.
• Just like name and address of the publishing house such as  location from where the sources of information has been taken.
• In bibliography this part include the sources of book publishing house that is must be verified by editors.
• The sources of a trustworthy publishing houses will be included in this category.
• A valid source of information has been written in the bibliography of an research paper and essay writing.  

Publication Date: 

• It is the final part of writing a bibliography. 
• The date of the publication of the sources that identifies the reader of when and in which date the source is published.
• The date of the publication of a book or article or news or the date of a journal is most important part for writing an essay,  assignment or a research paper.
• Because it helps to indentify the reader the value of the data is derived from a significant source or not. 
• It is one of the important part of the research paper because a valid date is required to complete a thesis statement of  particular assignment.
