Mysophobia: refers to a health disorder of being extreme fear of germs. It is an irrational fear of germs and is one of the form of obsessive compulsive disorder meaning thereby a person who is able to suffer from repetitive unwanted thoughts of reasoning.
Fear of Germs: A psychiatric diagnosis of which a individual is getting involved with the obsessive behaviour that he is able to behave in a particular way of doing a particular thing that the same time is able to do at repetitive basis. Meanwhile a person who is washing his hands of having any unwanted reasons and reacting in a way that he is getting obsessed by doing that particular activity.
Germophobia: is another name of the same disorder mysophobia. While the etymological meaning of germophobia that term has been derived from Greek language(Germs) and phobos means(fear) meaning thereby it is state of being fear of germs. For example: A person having any irrational beliefs of fear and contaminanted with germs.

A person who is suffering from mysophobia he has getting suffered from several factors of warning signs:
Washing hands in a repetative basis and for a long time; being fear of germs the patient is always feel obsessive and always interested to wear gloves in his hand of being fear of germs. Used to live in loneliness aware from society. Used to go in washrooms and restrooms repeatedly, fear of becoming contaminated, using extreme useage of cleaning and sanitation products.
Suffering from mysophobia the person also have faced with some physical symptoms: Brain Fog: by getting involved with this disorder a person has been suffered from memory loss, lack of mental clarity, lack of concentration. Crying and sweating, rapid increase of heartbeat, feels anixeity and boredom, inability to feel relax and restless and shaking hands with other people by using doorknob.
Causes: It can be caused by genetic variability of family history that this may happen in the past with one of the family member. But it doesn't mean that mysophobia has been appreared in the history of a family will affect the other members. Another important cause of this disease is that the people those who facing health issues they are begin to live in unhealthy and unhygienic environment because they repeatedly washing and breathing their hands and body that lead to create an unhealthy environment because of causing an emotional trauma with them.
Prevention: Mysophobia can be driven by sort out the symptoms and causes of the patient by medical practice recommend by medical professionals such they recommend the patient by medical psychotherapy and medication. The mysophobia patient can be treated through Behavioural therapy and Exposure therapy. In cognitive behavioral therapy the patient can be treated by identifying the negative thoughts and patterns to contribute the issues of having mysophobia in patients. While on the other hand, in the second exposure tharapy the patient are treated to be get relax and root out of reducing fear of the patient and that begin to lessen.
