In the present day relevance of modern society people are getting too busy in their lives by using smartphones only and they atteched it to their most important part of their life. But if it can be used out of extended or we use it by crossing all our limits then it take a move on to a huge problem. 

In real cases mostly it is assumed that this problem is great influence and cause a harmful affect to our teenagers those who are just enters to their childhood age of 14 to 21 years of youngsters. During this stage, they have not matured enough to understand the right useage of their smartphones. In extreme cases teenagers absorbs addiction in terms of continuous using of smartphones. They have compelled to absorb the addition only because of the influence of social media. Boys basically interested in playing different types of addicted game available in social media like Facebook Twitter. Girls are interested in making reels and videos of latest songs that they usually do. Due to immaturity they willing to utilise the valuable time  of their life in social media and day by day they become useless to understand the value of time in their life therefore they would suffers from various psychological problems like loneliness, social isolation, depression and anixeity are mostly seen among the youngest ones. 

Now addiction to smartphones is a major concern of the people those who have living in this modern and digital age. The most important problem is that how to overcome the problem of addiction. 

First and foremost, in order to get rid of mobile addiction when a teenager gets loneliness his or her adults must understand what are the different between virtuality and reality. In order to do that one should make mutual relationship with their children and spend quality times to get rid out of the problem thereby it may reduce depression and anixeity. They should provide the actual knowledge of how to use smartphones and social media apps to their children.

Secondly the parents of that particular children who have suffered from smartphone addiction they should provide indoor and outdoor games and sports and develop the interest of playing physical games that make changes occur in their life as well the children become physically healthy.

Thirdly parents should understand the actual problem of what is happening with their children by providing such kind of smartphones they should psychologically trained their mind to get aware of utilising mobile devices in  a day instead of making this they should make their children by providing dance classes, music classes that music makes their mind comfort and get rid of depression and loneliness. 

Fourthly parents should make them socially active by interact with other people of the society such as relatives and neighbours. The best way to get rid of mobile addiction is to spend quality time with their good school friends that they full on interest to talking about new studies, reading exciting stories and books, playing games that it makes a chance to overcome the problem of mobile addiction at all.

Now the actual problem of getting addicted to our smartphones in a day is that of how much do we spend our time by using social media, Facebook Twitter Instagram because in terms paying more and more attention the developers of social media wants to make more money by consuming millions of data per day. It is major benefit for them and a major drawback for us. Because while using social media apps we did not know what is happening with us virtually. The main purpose of making those apps is to manipulate our feelings interests and emotions. They also have smartly access our data by programing of what we have store in our mind and what will we need. They usually tries to trap the mind of youngsters who are new to this virtual world and doesn't know the actual knowledge of how to use it therefore they are real victims for developers easy to trigger their mind on using those so called social media apps. 

But the actual solution of how to overcome with problem is to think ourselves that is there any meaningful or creative desires and capabilities, thoughts have in our mind to manifest it and we should tries to develop the sense of creativity regarding use of smartphones like that of blogging, vlogging, making YouTube videos. In order to make manifest  those skills we have gather more and more information in terms of acquiring knowledge these will be fullfill our needs in respect of our own interest and demand. Creative and constructive thinking that make us aware to get rid of the problem.
