‘When you are lost in the right way, you don’t go back to being found in the wrong way.'
All of us our lost in our own worlds with our own priorities and mindsets, which might not be a good thing but it isn't a bad thing either. There are two ways of being lost and the difference between those two is of a spark or a drive that keeps us going. As long as one doesn't do towards the extremes, it is fine.
When there is a spark that keeps us going, you like it so much that you rely on it and eventually get lost in the zone. But once you lose the spark, you might feel that there isn't any reason for your existence and get lost in a totally different zone; comprising of grief or sadness. Whether you are discovering yourself or losing yourself, you eventually get lost and all of it happens because of a spark.
When I feel lost, it is definitely because of a particular spark that led me and also got lost in me. I like being in that zone to a certain extent. Because I like and I know that it will be there for a certain period of time, I enjoy it to the fullest till it leaves.
When the zone calls, you must listen for you never know how long being in the zone lasts. It is a cardinal rule - you must take advantage of every second that you are in the zone. So no intruding into this zone of mine.
With or without the spark, I enjoy being lost in that particular zone which cannot be described but experienced. The zone itself can lead me to the spark I wanted and vice-versa. Whether you are lost while discovering yourself or losing yourself, the spark is always there no matter what. The intensity of the spark determines how lost we are. One can develop mixed feelings while being lost in that zone along with the spark. There are times where we want to be out of the zone as soon as possible and there are times where we want to remain in the zone for a little longer.
But every spark leading to a zone has its own pace and adding or reducing it can lead to a dull and boring zone. Every zone must be utilised in the right way and exploiting it because it feels nice can end up in hating the zone. So the pace of the zone is important and should be let on its own.
Being lost doesn't always have to do with the absence of a person or a thing, but it certainly has to do a lot with YOU. The absence of oneself can lead us to a zone which me may or may not like. The zone relieves us for a moment and then allows us to be on the right way. Being lost in the zone is ambiguous as it can lead to either discovering yourself or losing yourself. All that depends on how we see it. The choice is yours!
Find yourself by getting lost in all the things you like.
