How hard is it to get up so early in the morning, especially at this time of the month? It's the monsoon and the weather is so cool that you prefer snuggling under your blanket and sleeping more even though the multiple alarms keep snoozing repeatedly and you just let it ring, as long as there isn't anyone else.
That is probably one advantage of living alone or sleeping alone in your room. But if someone else is present in the room or the house, then you are forced to get up and turn it off so it doesn't disturb them. But that doesn't stop you from hitting the bed again. It is not laziness but it is too comfortable and warm which you don't get that often and so you don't mind missing out on certain morning routines.
As time passes, I won't get to sleep as long as I want. Well, I don't sleep that long but if I have to follow the morning routines, then I have to get up early in the morning and that requires a lot of push that can only be done by you yourself. And once you have pushed yourself past that, you feel fresh. If you get up early, i.e., even before your sleep is not fully done, brushing your teeth and washing your face will make you feel fresh; also followed by a cup of coffee. But if you get up after your sleep is gone completely, you feel dull and useless that even the routine you set out to do will not feel fresh.
You require a strong motivation to get off the bed the moment you hear the alarm ring and also step out of the house. Be it working out or going to work and so on. It is hard to pass that as you are within your comfort zone making you even lazier. But the moment you cross that, you feel much more active and energetic in a different way. It is also the environment that keeps you going or stops you from doing things. But then, you have to keep it going and nothing should stop you. Just a little courage and a little push from your side itself is an achievement, but through the course of time, you have to push even harder to achieve greater results.
So go start what you wanted to start and don't wait for it. Get a strong motivation to get up from the bed and out of the comfort zone, victory is yours. Don't have a good day folks, have a GREAT DAY!!!
